Looking Forward to the 2020 Presidential Debates

Every four years, Americans are treated to the United States Presidential Debates. This is always an exciting time for me because I enjoy watching two people fight for their position using their brains and wits. Although debates may not be a totally fair exploration into the candidates, it is important that Americans see what their candidates’ views are and how fast they can think on their feet.

And then there is the 2020 presidential debate. This one will be good.

In the left corner of the boxing ring, we have Joe Biden! At six feet tall and one-hundred and fifty-eight pounds, Biden often forgets where his sentences are headed. He has many stutters, errors, gaffs, and inconsistencies. His math skills are rusty (but that is expected…he has not been to school for nearly 152 years) but his calm nature will persevere to beat his opponent.

In the right corner of this ring, we have Donald J. Trump!
At six-foot-three, two-hundred and forty-three pounds, he outweighs and towers over his opponent. Trump often discusses how amazing of a person he is but seems to forget that he has a staff that helped push him to the top. He says he cares for the little guy and he tries to identify with the poor while he sits in his solid diamond penthouse.

These two dinosaurs will be facing off in multiple debates this year as a free comedy show for those on the right, and a show full of complaints and excuses for those on the left.

On the right, Donald Trump is going to talk circles, squares, and rectangles around Joe Biden. Trump will also have a very long conversation with himself about how amazing he is and how great of a president he is. He is even better than that Washington guy, apparently. Trump will get Biden so confused that he will not even be able to find his basement again. He will get so dizzy and lost that not even the coronavirus can find him.

On the left, confused Biden is going to be talking about how his pet ant in the 1770’s fought for America’s freedom by stopping 9/11. His wonderful math skills will be put on display when he will say that cops have killed 170% of America’s black population and how the coronavirus has killed 12.7 BILLION people. It will be hard to understand him behind his hazmat suit, his mask, and his oxygen tank which he says is ‘necessary’ to defeat COVID.

Okay, I’ll cut the comedy now. There is no doubt that we will have our fair share of gaffs and incorrect numbers from Biden while also having lots of gloating and odd phrasing from Trump, but we must not lost sight of this debate. This is important. We cannot allow the comedy we will no doubt see block our vision from what is happening. One of these two men will be the leader of our country, the greatest nation on earth besides Israel. The elected official will affect your money, your job, your beliefs, and your freedom. Seriously Political is NOT going to tell you how to vote, although we do not hide our thoughts. Do your research and find the best candidate that agrees with your beliefs.

There will be a blog article released about Christians and voting later, but just understand this:

If you love something about America, you must vote.
